Provision of Stationery, Other Supplies, and Computer Stationery Services for Deputy Commissioner Office Islamabad

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner Islamabad Capital Territory invites sealed bids from reputed firms and service providers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and active on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) for the provision of services and supplies required for the office during the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted under an Open Framework Agreement as per Rule 16-A of PPRA Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - A03901 Stationery - A03970 Other - A03955 Computer Stationery The scope includes supplying various stationery and computer-related stationery items to support the office's operational needs. Bidders must be registered with SECP as a company or business, registered with FBR, and included in the ATL. A security deposit of Rs. 500,000 in the form of a pay order in favor of Deputy Commissioner ICT is required for each work discipline. All applicable taxes will be deducted as per Pakistan tax laws. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS e-procurement portal and a hard copy of the proposal/bid document must reach the office by 07/10/2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Use of unfair means or submission of fake documents will result in blacklisting. The Deputy Commissioner ICT reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA Rules, 2004.
