Bahria University Islamabad Campus is procuring stationery items, cleaning materials, papers, and toners for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Islamabad campus located at Shangrilla Road, Sector E-8. The scope includes a wide range of stationery such as ball pens, box files, correction tapes, calculators, paper clips, and various types of paper and printing items. Cleaning materials include air fresheners, phenyl, detergents, dusters, and other janitorial supplies. Toners for various HP laser printers are also part of the procurement. The supply will be on a closed framework agreement basis for one year, with items purchased as required. Eligible bidders must have a minimum of five years of experience in similar fields and must provide evidence of handling similar or higher value projects. Required documents include NTN, sales tax, income tax certificates, FBR tax returns for the last year, and bank statements for the last two years. Bidders must also submit an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted by any federal or provincial government organization.
