Purchase of Stationery Items

This tender notice invites sealed bids for the purchase of stationery items. The procuring agency seeks bids from firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers, or joint ventures registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The bidding documents are available in English and can be purchased online via the EPADS PPRA portal. Items being procured: - Stationery items Bids must be delivered to the specified address on or before 26-10-2026 at 10:00 am. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 5% of the estimated price in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order. Late bids will be rejected. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 am in the presence of bidders' representatives who may choose to attend. The procuring agency will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in preparing or delivering bids. If the submission day is a holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date.
