Purchase of Stationery Items under University Budget 2026-27 at Muhammad Nawaz Shareef University of Agriculture Multan

Muhammad Nawaz Shareef University of Agriculture Multan invites authorized firms, distributors, dealers, and suppliers with valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration to submit E-bids or proposals via the Punjab e-Procurement System for the purchase of stationery items under the University Budget 2026-27. The procurement will follow the Single Stage (One envelope procedure) as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, on a DDP basis. Items being procured: - Stationery Items for LOT-I with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,275,000 - Stationery Items for LOT-II with an estimated cost of Rs. 400,000 - Stationery Items for LOT-III with an estimated cost of Rs. 637,000 The bidding documents containing all terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications are available at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The University will not bear any cost or expense incurred by bidders in preparing or delivering bids. If the submission date falls on an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date. Eligibility requires firms to have established technical, financial, and managerial capabilities. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost of each lot is mandatory. Bids will be received and opened on 13-10-2026, with receiving time at 11:00 AM and opening at 11:30 AM.
