The Welfare & Finance Punjab department in Lahore invites annual tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement System under a frame work contract for the financial year 2026-27 (up to 30.06.2027). Items being procured: - Purchase of Stationery Items (A03901) with estimated cost Rs. 800,000 - Printing & Publication Items (A03902) with estimated cost Rs. 700,000 - Computer Stationery (A03955) with estimated cost Rs. 700,000 - Other Items (A03970-001) with estimated cost Rs. 700,000 - Transport Repair (A13001) with estimated cost Rs. 2,000,000 The procurement covers supply and purchase of various stationery and printing items along with transport repair services. Bidders must submit their bids electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System software as per the advertisement instructions before the closing date of 07-10-2026. The bidding process follows a Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Technical proposals will be opened on 07-10-2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives, followed by financial bid opening on the same platform. Bid security of 3% of each head of account must be submitted online separately before the deadline.
