Purchase of Stationery Items for NAB Lahore Financial Year 2026-27

The National Accountability Bureau Lahore invites bids for the purchase of stationery items for the Financial Year 2026-27 as per PPRA Rules 2004, 36 (a) Single Stage - One Envelope Procedure. Bidders must submit their bids through EPADS v2.0, and only bids received via this platform will be considered and evaluated item-wise. Items being procured: - Stationery Items as per description/specification in bidding documents Authorized agents, distributors, manufacturers, and general order suppliers may submit e-bids through EPADS v2.0 by 18.09.2026 till 1100 hours. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders who wish to participate. Participating firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be active taxpayers (ATL) of FBR. An earnest money amounting to Rs. 120,000/- in the shape of CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Additional Director (Admin) NAB Lahore must reach the NAB Complex, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore before the opening of the tender; otherwise, the bid will be rejected. Tender documents can be downloaded from EPADS v2.0, PPRA, and NAB websites. Only technically qualified and most advantageous successful bidders will be responsible for supplying the stationery items during the whole financial year 2026-27 as per the specifications mentioned in the bidding documents. Any changes in rates or quality of items will not be accepted. All bidders must clearly mention brand names, specifications, and rates (including all applied taxes) against each item. Samples of quoted items are mandatory to be provided before the opening of the bid. NAB Lahore has displayed samples of all items in the NAB Lahore office for bidders to see before submission. NAB Lahore reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the provision of PPRA rules. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm's ATL status and tax registrations are active and up to date before submitting your bid to avoid disqualification.
