Food Commodities for Hostel Boarders FY 2026-27

The Govt. Special Education School for HI (Boys), Sargodha invites eligible firms registered with FBR (Income Tax and Sales Tax) and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) to submit bids for the procurement of food commodities for hostel boarders for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Food Commodities This procurement involves supplying quality food commodities suitable for hostel boarders at the school premises in Sargodha. Bidders must ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and provide goods that meet the required standards for nutrition and safety. Eligibility criteria include active registration with FBR, inclusion on the ATL, and submission of a valid 5% Bid Security in favor of the Principal. A performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value will be required upon award. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS e-procurement portal only; no other submission methods will be accepted. Original hard copies of the CDR must be delivered before the bid submission deadline. The tender submission deadline is on 08 October 2026 at 09:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled the same day at 09:30 AM in the office of the undersigned. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
