Purchase of Stationery and Other Miscellaneous Stores Items on Annual Contract Basis Through EPADS for Financial Year 2026-27

Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat Sukkur invites electronic bids on PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for purchase of stationery and other miscellaneous stores items on an annual running contract basis for the financial year 2026-27, effective from the date of contract award until 30th June 2027. The procurement is open to reputed firms, manufacturers, authorized agents, general order suppliers, stockists, and stationers, including authorized agents/importers of imported goods in Pakistan. Bidders must have NTN, GST number, be active taxpayers on the FBR list, and registered on PPRA EPADS with proper shops/offices located in Sukkur. Items being procured: - Stationery items - Other miscellaneous stores items The tender document with specifications and terms & conditions can be downloaded from www.mohtasib.gov.pk or accessed through the e-PADS portal https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must submit their bids and tender documents duly signed/stamped along with a covering letter on the firm's letterhead on e-PADS by 22.09.2026 at 11:00 am. Sealed bids with original bid security may also be submitted in the office of the Deputy Director (Admn). Bids will be opened at 11:30 am on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid security of Rs.30,000/- in the form of a pay order in favor of DDO, Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat Regional Office Sukkur is mandatory. Firms must be active taxpayers registered with income tax/sales tax departments and on PPRA e-PADS. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules 2004. Eligibility requires NTN & GST certificates, proof of active taxpayer status, registration on EPADS, bid security submission, and location/address of the firm in Sukkur. Bids must be valid until 30.06.2027. The bidding procedure follows Public Procurement Rule 36, Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Prices must be quoted in Pak Rupees. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous and responsive bidder after evaluation.
