Purchase of Stationery and Miscellaneous Stores Items on Annual Running Contract for Financial Year 2026-27

The Office of the Wafaqi Mohtasib Regional Office Lahore invites electronic bids through the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the purchase of stationery and other miscellaneous stores items on an annual running contract basis for the financial year 2026-27. The contract will be awarded on an 'as and when required' basis from the date of award until 30th June 2026. This procurement is open to well-reputed firms, manufacturers, authorized agents, general order suppliers, stockists, and stationers with NTN, GST number, and active tax payer status registered with FBR and PPRA EPADS, maintaining proper shops or offices located in Lahore. Items being procured: - Stationery and other miscellaneous stores items (specific list and specifications are provided in the tender documents). Tender documents can be downloaded from www.mohtasib.gov.pk or accessed through the e-PADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Interested bidders must submit their bids and tender documents duly signed and stamped along with a covering letter on the firm's/company's letterhead via e-PADS on or before 04.11.2026 by 11:00 am. Sealed bids with original bid security may also be submitted in the office of the undersigned. Bids will be opened at 11:30 am on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Rs.135,000/- in the form of a Pay Order in favor of DDO, Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat, Regional Office Lahore. Bids without bid security will not be entertained. Firms must be active taxpayers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and registered on PPRA e-PADS. Payment of all taxes is the responsibility of the firms. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance in accordance with Rule 33 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
