Suppliers must provide valid registration/incorporation documents, NTN, active ATL status, sales tax registration where applicable, manufacturer authorization or dealership certificates for branded or imported equipment, and relevant experience supplying medical or institutional equipment. Technical brochures, datasheets, and compliance statements identifying brand/model for each quoted item are mandatory. Signed and stamped technical and financial bids, warranty undertakings, delivery commitments, and after-sales service details including maintenance support and spare parts availability in Pakistan are required.
