Purchase of Stationery and Cost of Other Items for Federal Government Organization (FGO), AJK Regional HQs, Muzaffarabad

The Federal Government Organization (FGO), AJK Regional HQs, Muzaffarabad (Intelligence Bureau (IB) Division) invites sealed bids for the procurement of stationery and other store items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under contract reference P147273 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform using the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured include a comprehensive list of stationery such as attendance registers, ball point pens (Piano Click, Crystal, Picasso, Deer GoFlo), binder clips (small, medium, large), binding tapes, calculators, color full papers, cash books, carbon papers, diaries, dak folders, drafting pads of various sizes and qualities, double tapes, duster cloths, envelopes of various sizes and types, erasers, file covers and boards, fluid pens, fax rolls, form stock registers, gum bottles and sticks, highlighters, hard chart sheets, log books, pencils, markers, movement registers, note sheet pads, photostat papers, plastic sheets, pol registers, peon books, post it pads, paper clips and pins, punches, packing tapes, pin removers, paper cutters, rice papers, registers, red paper seals, stapler pins and machines, scissors, scales, sharpeners, stamp pads, scotch tapes, table sets and diaries, tag cotton, uni ball pens, water dampers, and many other related items. Additionally, other store items include air fresheners, ash trays, almirah locks, blazer cloth, batteries, brooms, buckets, cutlery sets, cleaning brushes, ceiling screws, coal, soaps, locks, dustbins, duct pipes, electric wires and cables, electric bells and holders, extension leads, emergency lights, fan capacitors, flood lights, fire extinguishers, glass cleaners, gate locks, green nets, drain cleaners, hand wash, jugs, LED lights and bulbs, laundry brushes, mops, Muslim shower sets, phenyl, power plugs, PVC pipes and tapes, plastic water pipes, rechargeable bulbs, bleach, plugs, soaps, detergents, sanitizers, soap cases, tissue papers, towels, tea sets, circuit breakers, umbrellas, vim, water sets, wipers, washroom brushes and air fresheners, waste paper bags and rolls, wall clocks, water filters, water taps, UPS batteries, wireless bells, electric miscellaneous items, jute mats, and more. The technical scope requires all goods to be of best or equivalent quality as specified, delivered to House No. B-14, Upper Chatter Housing Scheme, Muzaffarabad Tehsil, Muzaffarabad District, Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK). Delivery schedules vary from 27 days to 90 days or as and when required during the financial year 2026-27. Eligibility criteria include registration with SECP or FBR, inclusion in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), submission of bid security in the form of a pay order, and compliance with all bidding document requirements. Bidders must not be blacklisted and should provide affidavits and relevant documentation. The bid validity period is 90 days.
