Requirement of Printing Papers, Printing Materials & Misc. Items for CFY-2026-27

The Survey of Pakistan invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of printing papers, printing materials, and miscellaneous items for the current financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under contract reference number P115981 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The procuring agency is the Survey of Pakistan located at Murree Road, Faizabad, Rawalpindi, Punjab. Items being procured include: - CTP Plates non-ablative positive working thermal plates in various sizes (795mm x 1050mm, 745mm x 605mm, 715mm x 915mm) - CTP Developer Thermal Processing consumables - Replinsher for CTP Plate Processor - G 60 and IPA Alcohol for offset printing - Printing inks: Yellow, Black, Magenta, Cyan - Lubricants and greases such as HP2 (GLP-500) - Fountain solution and plate cleaners (excell and dyana) - Cotton waste and sponges for cleaning - Ink tint medium and palmit for ink preparation - Janitorial and miscellaneous items including tissue paper, water glasses, soaps, brooms, dishwash powder, air freshener, toilet brushes, dust bins, polythene bags, plastic bowls, wall clock cells, computer mouse and keyboard, cleaning brushes, washing powder, phenyl, acid toilet cleaner, and dust mops - Printing paper and stationery such as offset printing paper, chromo card, manager bond paper, stapler machines, computer paper A4, glue, file boards, correction fluid, gel ink pens, paper pins, stapler pins, pencils (red & blue, lead HB), envelopes (A4 and legal size), file markers, registers, highlighters, binding tape, cardboards, and cotton thread The technical scope covers imported and high-quality materials suitable for offset printing and office use. Delivery is scheduled within 27 days to the Survey of Pakistan office in Rawalpindi. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR and other relevant authorities, with no joint ventures allowed. Bid security amounts vary by lot, and bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by **November 5, 2026, 11:00 AM**. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bidders must also submit the original bid security physically before the deadline. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
