Purchase of Stationery, Sanitary and Electrical Items for Federal Government Organization Muzaffarabad AJK

The Federal Government Organization Muzaffarabad AJK invites bids through EPADS for the purchase of Stationery, Sanitary, Electrical items, and cost of other store items from reputed firms/companies registered through e-Pak Acquisition Disposal System (EPADS), FBR/SECP and relevant authorities having NTN/GST. Items being procured: - Purchase of Stationery Items - Sanitary Items - Electrical Items - Cost of Other Store Items The bidding process will follow a Single Stage - Two Envelope system. Bidders must be registered with SECP as a company or business, registered with FBR, and included in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). All applicable taxes will be deducted as per Pakistan tax laws. Successful bidders must furnish bid security in the form of a pay order issued in favor of DDO AJK RHQ IBD, Muzaffarabad, and upload a scanned copy on EPADS. Bidders may submit their bids through EPADS and also send a hard copy to the office address by 03.09.2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. The advertisement and instructions are available on the PPRA and EPADS websites. Use of unfair means, submission of fake documents, or misinformation will result in blacklisting. The organization reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA Rules, 2004.
