Purchase of Stationery, Other Store Items, Toners, and Miscellaneous Items

A Federal Government Organization based in Lahore invites sealed bids from GST registered firms for the Financial Year 2026-2027 for the purchase of Stationery, Other Store Items, Toners, and Miscellaneous Items. Items being procured: - Stationery - Other Store Items - Toners - Miscellaneous Items The organization requires these items on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as per requirements during the Financial Year 2026-2027. The quoted rates must include GST and all applicable taxes valid until 30th June 2027. Earnest money in the form of CDR amounting to 3% of the total tender value must be enclosed as security deposit. Without earnest money, proposals will be rejected immediately after tender completion. Substandard articles will lead to deductions from the security deposit and possible legal action. Samples of items listed in categories A, B, C, and D must be provided at the firm's expense on short notice. Firms must enclose GST Number, Registration Certificate, Vendor Number, National Tax Number, and Professional Tax with their bids. An undertaking confirming the quality of items and that the firm has never been blacklisted is mandatory. Duly completed tenders should reach the Incharge Admin Branch, 94-Upper Mall, Lahore by 31.08.2026 before 1200 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 1230 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Additionally, firms must upload their E-Bids, quotations, and tender documents on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS 2.0) by 31.08.2026 at 1200 hours. The bids will be downloaded and opened at 1230 hours the same day. Bidders should quote rates for at least 80% of all 04 lists (A, B, C, and D). Quantities in List A may vary according to office requirements.
