Purchase of Uniform Kits for Special Students of Govt Special Education Centre Hafizabad

The Government Special Education Centre Hafizabad invites electronic bids (Technical & Financial) for the purchase of uniform kits for the special students enrolled for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for a total of 305 special students comprising 180 boys and 125 girls. Items being procured: - Uniform Kits for 305 special students (180 Boys & 125 Girls) The supply is to be made on a free delivery basis to the consignee's end. Bidders must submit bids for the entire quantity; partial bids will be rejected outright. Bidding documents containing specifications, terms, conditions, and quantity details can be downloaded free of charge from the PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). The bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Guarantee of 5% of the contract amount electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments such as CDR or Bank Guarantees will be accepted. Supply must be completed within 15 days from the date of the work order, with a 2% penalty per month applicable for late delivery. The bid security is set at 5% of the total estimated cost amounting to Rs. 9,000,000 and must be submitted electronically. The bid submission deadline is 04 November 2026 at 01:30 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 02:00 PM. In case the opening date falls on a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be considered for opening with the same time and venue.
