The Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control Department Sindh, Karachi invites sealed bids under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for the purchase of uniforms and protective clothing as per specifications detailed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). This procurement is specifically for the Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control Department located at D-45 Near Al-Tamash General Hospital, Block 1, Clifton, Karachi. Items being procured: - Paint / Trouser Six Pocket (300 units) - Shirt Cotton Staff (300 units) - Grey Colour T-Shirt with stand-up collar and Narcotics Control Sindh logo printed (300 units) - Black P-Cap with Narcotics Control Sindh printed in white and Pakistan flag on left (300 units) - Black Barret Cap with Narcotics Control Sindh logo (300 units) - Jacket with front NCS logo and Narcotics Control Sindh printed on back (300 units) - Metal Badge for Shoulder NCS (300 units) - Narcotics Control Sindh Logo EMB Shoulder Badge Left Arm (300 units) - Pakistan Flag Shoulder Left (300 units) - Shoulder Stars for Inspectors, DET, D.D's, A.D's, Director, Director General (100 units) - Moon Star Maj Silver Screw Sets (300 units) - Pips Silver Screw Sets (300 units) - Nylon Black Belt with Brass NCS Logo Buckle (300 units) - Black leather Long boots Staff (300 units) - Cotton Black Socks (300 units) The technical scope includes supply of original sealed boxed uniforms and protective clothing meeting the approved samples and specifications. Delivery is to be made quarterly with payments processed accordingly. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid NTN, GST, SST certificates, relevant experience of last three years, and operational office in Karachi region. Earnest money of 5% of bid cost is mandatory. Bids must be submitted by 12th November 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control Department office in Karachi and will be opened at 2:00 PM the same day. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules-2010 (Amended-2025).
