Purchase of Uniforms, Stationery, Ration and Maintenance Services for Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Multan

The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Multan invites online bids through E-PADS 2.0 from eligible dealers and firms having income tax and sales tax registration for purchases and services for the financial year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Uniform along with complete accessories - Stationery / Computer Stationery - Cost of Other Stores / Miscellaneous Items - Ration Invitation for Pre-qualification for services including: - Repair of Buildings - Repair of Transport - Repair of Machinery - Repair of Furniture - Repair of Hardware - Repair of IT Equipment - Transportation of Goods - Expenditure on Confiscated Goods - Provision of Janitorial, Electrical, and General Maintenance Services The procurement will be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope bidding. Detailed specifications, schedules, and contract conditions are available in the Standard Bidding Document downloadable from the EPADS 2.0 portal until 29/10/2026. Interested bidders must submit online bids on EPADS 2.0 by 12:00 PM on 29/10/2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM. A bid security in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of the Collector must be submitted to the office before closing time. Only electronic submissions will be considered. Procurement is subject to budget availability and the procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules 2004.
