Providing Sanitation Material and Rented Vehicles for Garbage Collection and Transfer to GTS Point for Different Areas of Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas

Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas invites sealed tenders for providing sanitation material and rented vehicles for garbage collection and transfer to GTS Point for different areas of the city. This procurement is divided into three parts, each with an estimated cost of Rs. 3.0 Million and a contract duration of six months. The work involves supplying sanitation materials and renting vehicles to efficiently collect and transfer garbage to designated GTS Points across various municipal zones. Items being procured: - Providing sanitation material and rented vehicles for garbage collection and transfer to GTS Point for different areas of Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas (Part 01) - Providing sanitation material and rented vehicles for garbage collection and transfer to GTS Point for different areas of Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas (Part 02) - Providing sanitation material and rented vehicles for garbage collection and transfer to GTS Point for different areas of Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas (Part 03) The contract will be funded through OZT Share and requires firms to be registered in the Waste Management sector. Civil contractor firms are not eligible. Bidders must have a license from Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) for non-hazardous waste updated till 2026, registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) under Waste Management codes 9852 and 0000, NTN, and a three-year bank statement along with experience certificates. A minimum of five years of experience in rural and urban waste outsourcing, dumping, and recycling is required. Firms must have been awarded at least 50 contracts on the EPAID site and submit audit reports for 2025 from reputable chartered accounts firms. The tender fee is Rs. 1000, and earnest money equal to 2% of the bid must be attached in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favor of Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas. Bids will be received and opened on 28-10-2026 at 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM respectively, with a second attempt on 12-11-2026. The successful contractor will be required to execute an agreement on non-judicial stamp paper as per government rules. Bidders should carefully prepare their technical proposals to meet all requirements and submit them on time.
