Purchase of Vocalise & Biometrics & Fauxdio Detector with Computer Workstation System, Different Lab Equipment, and Hardware for Forensic Science Laboratory

The Punjab Forensic Science Authority, Home Department, Lahore, invites bids under a single stage two envelope basis on E.Procurement from sales tax, income tax & PRA registered firms for the supply of goods for the Forensic Science Laboratory located at Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. Items being procured: - Purchase of Vocalise & Biometrics & Fauxdio Detector WITH Computer Workstation System - Purchase of Different Lab. Equipment - Purchase of Hardware for Different Sections and Freezer The procurement includes advanced forensic science equipment and hardware essential for laboratory operations. The scope covers supply, installation, and commissioning of the listed items at the specified laboratory site. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with sales tax, income tax, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). Bidders must register on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority's E.Procurement portal to be eligible. Tender documents containing detailed requirements, terms, and conditions are available on https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA website. Technical and financial proposals must be prepared as per tender instructions and submitted electronically on or before 22 October 2026, no later than 1100 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours on the E.Procurement portal. Manual bids will not be accepted. In case the submission deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening. The PFSA management reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
