Purchase of Weedicides and Pesticides by Agronomic Research Institute Faisalabad

The Agronomic Research Institute Faisalabad invites sealed bids from firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers engaged in trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The procurement is for the purchase of weedicides and pesticides required by the institute. Items being procured: - Malathion Super 40% 100 gm Pack (Estimated Amount Rs. 0.7 Million) - Local Super 200 25 500 gm Pack Bids must be uploaded at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk on or before the closing date of 27 October 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated price in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of the Agronomic Research Institute Faisalabad. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives who may choose to attend at the institute's address. The bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can be downloaded from the PPRA website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk or the Punjab e-procurement portal https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The Agronomic Research Institute Faisalabad will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in preparation or delivery of bids. In case of an official holiday on the submission day, the next day will be treated as the closing date. Bidders should ensure compliance with all registration and tax requirements and prepare their bids according to the single stage single envelope procedure. Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security is mandatory. Interested bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and submit their bids timely to avoid disqualification.
