QlikSense Enterprise Server Software Subscription Renewal and HA/DR Implementation

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites quotations for the renewal and implementation of QlikSense Enterprise Server Software Subscription along with High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions at PSO House, Clifton, Karachi. This procurement includes the renewal of various QlikSense licenses and the setup of a robust HA/DR infrastructure to ensure business continuity and minimal service disruption. Items being procured: - Renew Subscription of QlikSense Enterprise with BOQ at PSO House - 1 QlikSense Professional User License (Qty = 05) - 2 QlikSense Analyzer User License (Qty = 45) - 3 QS AMC 1 Professional and 15 Analyzer Users - 4 Qlik On Prem Geo Analytics - 5 Qlik Extensions (GEO) - 2 Additional QlikSense Analyzer User Licenses (Qty = 10) - 3 Additional QlikSense Professional User Licenses (Qty = 4) - 4 Qlik HA/DR implementation (1 AU) The scope covers implementation and configuration of primary and DR infrastructure, standby nodes, replication and synchronization of databases, QVF/QVDS files, application configurations, and GeoAnalytics data packages. The solution includes load balancer/DNS configuration, failover mechanisms, backup and recovery procedures, scheduled and real-time synchronization, and comprehensive testing to validate the setup. Documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover of the implemented solution are also included. Any required Qlik licensing for HA/DR setup will be identified and incorporated. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be authorized Qlik partners in Pakistan for at least three years, with valid certificates. Experience in deploying and supporting QlikSense in at least three corporate companies over the last two years is mandatory, supported by service orders. Bidders must have two certified QlikSense developers with valid certifications. A designated contract administrator must be assigned for PSO queries. The contract duration is one year, renewable for two additional years under the same terms and conditions. Pricing must be quoted in USD, with payment made in PKR as per the State Bank of Pakistan exchange rate on delivery date. A signed NDA is required upon award. Bidders should submit their quotations by **15 September 2026**. Earnest money and other instructions are attached with the tender documents.
