Raising of 220kV SP-BH Terminal Pole of 220kV Transmission Line Jamshoro-T.M Khan Road at 500kV Grid Station Jamshoro Including Civil Works, Dismantling, Transportation, Erection, Stringing, Testing and Commissioning

National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGCP) invites bids for the raising of 220kV SP-BH terminal pole of 220kV transmission line Jamshoro-T.M Khan Road at 500kV Grid Station Jamshoro. The scope includes civil works, dismantling, transportation, erection, stringing, testing, and commissioning. Items being procured: - Raising of 220kV SP-BH terminal pole - Civil works - Dismantling - Transportation - Erection - Stringing - Testing and commissioning The project is located at the 500kV Grid Station Jamshoro, with the bidding and submission office at Multan. The works require experienced firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, active on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List, and registered with PEC in the appropriate category as per NGCP specifications. Bidders or approved subcontractors must have successfully executed at least one similar work of 220kV or higher voltage level in the last ten years, including conventional and pile foundations, tower erection, and stringing work. Bidding documents are available electronically through EPADS 2.0 and can also be accessed at ppra.org.pk and ntdc.com.pk. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of not less than 2% of the total bid price in the form of a Deposit at Call or Bank Guarantee from a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan, valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity date. Original and hard copies of the bid security must be submitted before bid opening. Bids must be submitted on EPADS on or before 24.09.2026 before 1100 HRS. Bids will be opened at 1130 HRS on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives at the Office of Project Director (EHV-II) NGC Multan, House No. 86, Block-L, Shah Rukn-e-Alam Colony, Multan. NGCP reserves the right to reject bids as per clause 33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
