Rate Contract Basis Procurement of Goods, Services & Works by Executive Engineer Ranipur Tubewell Division Khairpur

The Executive Engineer Ranipur Tubewell Division Khairpur invites electronic bids through SPPRA E-PADS from interested firms and contractors on a Rate Contract Basis for the Financial Year 2026-27 in accordance with Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010 (amended up to date). The procurement covers Goods, Services, and Works as detailed below. Items being procured: - Operation, Maintenance & Repair (O&M/M&R) of Tubewells - Solar Tubewells - Pumping Stations - Government Vehicles Parts - Computer Parts - Furniture Fixtures - Machinery Equipment etc. This contract includes supply and maintenance of various mechanical and electrical components related to tubewells and pumping stations, along with government vehicle parts and office furniture. Bidders must have relevant PEC registration, active taxpayer status with FBR and SRB, and a minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 10 Million over the last three years. Experience with similar works and documentary proof of ownership or contractual arrangements for workshops is mandatory. The procurement will be conducted under Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure through the E-PADS system. Bids must include a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5000 and a bid security of Rs. 600,000. The bid security must be issued from a scheduled bank and is non-transferable. Bidders should submit their bids electronically via E-PADS by 3rd December 2026 at 12:00 AM, with opening at 12:30 PM the same day at the Executive Engineer Ranipur Tubewell Division office in Khairpur.
