Rate Running Contract for Supply of Deformed Steel Bars ASTM A615 Grades 60 & 40 ksi near Karachi

A Public Sector Organization invites sealed tenders from pre-qualified and enlisted suppliers or manufacturers for the conclusion of a Rate Running Contract for the supply of deformed steel bars on an ex-factory or warehouse basis near Karachi. The contract duration is one year with rates subject to escalation or de-escalation every three months from the contract signing date. Items being procured: - Deformed steel bars conforming to ASTM A615 (Latest) of Grades 60 & 40 ksi (yield strength) - Size of bars: 6 mm to 25 mm - Approximate quantity: 300 Metric Tons The supply involves high-quality steel bars meeting ASTM standards, suitable for construction and infrastructure projects requiring strong reinforcement materials. Tender documents can be obtained during working hours Monday to Friday from the specified office upon payment of a non-refundable Rs. 2,000 pay order or demand draft titled 'SEC DEP EARN MONEY Classified'. Bid security of Rs. 1.00 Million must be submitted in the form of CDR or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank of Pakistan along with the bid. Offers must remain valid for a minimum of 90 days. Two copies of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) are required, one original and one photocopy, both sealed, pre-signed, and stamped with the work name clearly mentioned on the envelope. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. Tender submission deadline is 11-11-2026 at 10:30 hrs with opening at 11:00 hrs the same day.
