Construction and Rehabilitation of RCC Sewerage Works at Various Locations in Karachi

Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the construction and rehabilitation of RCC sewerage works at multiple locations in Karachi. This tender is open under SPPRA Rules 2010 and bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal. The works are divided into four distinct packages, each with its own scope and requirements. Items being procured: - Construction of RCC sewerage line from main sewer to manhole at KDA Chowrangi, North Nazimabad (1 crore 24 lakh estimated cost, PEC CE-10, CE-09, C-4, Bid Security Rs. 24,000) - Construction of RCC sewerage line from main sewer to manhole at Block 18, Gulistan-e-Johar (1 crore 27 lakh estimated cost, PEC CE-10, CE-09, C-4, Bid Security Rs. 27,000) - Construction of RCC sewerage line from main sewer to manhole at Block 3, Gulshan-e-Iqbal (1 crore 37 lakh estimated cost, PEC CE-10, CE-09, C-4, Bid Security Rs. 37,000) - Construction of RCC sewerage line from main sewer to manhole at Baldia Town, Sector 9 (1 crore 20 lakh estimated cost, PEC CE-09, CE-10, C-5, Bid Security Rs. 20,000) The technical scope includes excavation, laying of RCC pipes, construction of manholes, and all associated civil works as per the specifications provided in the tender documents. All works must comply with the latest engineering standards and safety protocols. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category (CE-10 or CE-09, C-4 or C-5), be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, and registered with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Earnest Money in the form of Pay Order or CDR is required as per the bid security amounts listed above. Only firms with valid PEC licenses for the year 2026-2027 will be considered. Bids must be submitted online via the EPADS portal by 23 September 2026, 2:00 PM. The opening of technical bids will take place on the same day at 2:30 PM at the office of the Chief Engineer (Protective Safety Net), KW&SC, Karachi.
