Reclamation of 100-KVA, 400-KVA & 630-KVA Repairable/Irreparable Distribution Transformers

The Lahore Electric Supply Company (Material Management) invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the reclamation of distribution transformers in Lahore, Punjab. This procurement covers the reclamation of 100-KVA, 400-KVA, and 630-KVA repairable and irreparable distribution transformers as per Specification No. DDS-84:2007/2020 with amendments 4 and 5. Items being procured: - Reclamation of 28 Nos of 100-KVA Repairable Distribution Transformers - Reclamation of 100 Nos of 100-KVA Irrepairable Distribution Transformers - Reclamation of 20 Nos of 400-KVA Repairable Distribution Transformers - Reclamation of 1 No of 630-KVA Repairable Distribution Transformer The transformers must be reclaimed strictly according to the NGC/PPMC standard specifications. Prototype approval from the Stands & Specifications Department of PPMC Lahore is mandatory before mass production if not already possessed. Delays in prototype submission will incur liquidated damages. The scope includes visual inspection, electrical testing, oil testing, painting, and fitting with rating plates. The transformers will be inspected jointly by LESCO inspection committee at the contractor's works. The delivery schedule requires repairable transformers to be supplied within 45 days of allocation/release order, with 100% quantity of 400-KVA transformers supplied within 120 days. The contract requires compliance with WAPDA standards and includes a 12-month warranty period. Eligibility requires at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or repairing transformers of similar or higher capacity with LESCO/DISCOs or other government organizations.
