Reconstruction of 4x3 Damaged Duct Line with Manholes for Electrification of Sector D-12 Islamabad

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) (Village Electrification Cell) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the reconstruction of a 4x3 damaged duct line with manholes for electrification of Sector D-12 Islamabad. This project is to be executed according to WAPDA/IESCO SDI specifications under the jurisdiction of the Construction Division IESCO Islamabad. The scope includes reconstruction of the damaged duct line, laying of HT/LT cables, HT/LT road and gate crossings, construction of transformer plinths for the damaged portion, and provision of RCC bases. Items being procured: - Reconstruction of 4x3 damaged duct line with manholes - Supply of sand free of dust (241 Cum) - Supply of 1st class burnt bricks (14500 Nos.) - HT single channel cable laying (0.37 KM) - LT cable laying (4.5 KM) - Providing and laying joints and testing of AC Pipe class B 125mm I/Dia and 7mm wall thickness (1829 Mtr) - Cement concrete plain in various grades (138 Cum, 250 Cum, 602 Cum) - Brick work other than building including striking of joints (14 Cum) - Cement plaster (1:3) up to 1st floor height 13 mm (38 Sqm) - Erection and removal of centring for RCC or plain cement concrete work (244 Sqm) - Reinforced cement concrete work using coarse sand (40 Cum) - Supplying and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement bars (4239 KG) - Supply of M/S Angles (0.402 Ton) The estimated total cost is Rs.16,109,767. The project requires compliance with PEC specialized codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, registration with FBR, active GST and PRA status, and financial capability demonstrated by audited financial statements. Bidders must have experience in similar works with DISCOs or government/semi-government organizations. The bid security must be submitted as a pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, or demand draft. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by **October 15, 2026 at 09:30 AM** and will be opened the same day at 10:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The performance guarantee required is 5% of the contract price. The contract will be awarded on a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis.
