The work demands adherence to technical specifications and standards to ensure durability and safety of the structure.
Bidders should be registered with the relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sindh Revenue Board, and Sales Tax Department, and must be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR for the fiscal year 2025-26. PEC registration in the specified categories is mandatory to qualify. Earnest Money of PKR 110,000 must be submitted via bank draft or call deposit receipt in favor of The Director (Works), PCSIR.
The submission deadline is set for 11:00 AM on 2nd February 2026, with bid opening scheduled half an hour later at PCSIR Head Office, G-5/2 Islamabad. Tender documents can be obtained from 15th January to 31st January 2026 during office hours upon payment of PKR 2,000 non-refundable fee or downloaded from the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (ePADS).
Pro-Tip: Ensure your firm is properly registered on the ePADS portal and double-check the Earnest Money submission format to avoid disqualification. Also, verify the PEC codes carefully as non-compliance is a common reason for rejection.
