Tender Description
The National Grid Company (NGC), formerly NTDC, invites bids for the reconstruction of a deteriorated boundary wall, construction of 02 security watch towers, and repair and maintenance of the warehouse building at the 500kV Grid Station Gatti Faisalabad. This procurement is managed by the National Grid Company (NGC) and is located specifically in Faisalabad, Punjab.

The technical scope includes civil works involving structural repairs and construction at the grid station site. The project demands quality materials and workmanship to ensure durability and security of the facility. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant civil works category and possess valid FBR and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) registration. Experience in similar infrastructure and maintenance projects is essential to meet the technical requirements.

Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS by the deadline of 20th August 2026 at 11:00 AM PST. Original bid security must be delivered to the Director General (Procurement) NGC at Hall No.02, 8th Floor Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road Lahore before the submission deadline. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM PST.
