Recycling of Dismantled/Damaged HT/LT Bushing Rods by Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited

Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites sealed tenders for the recycling of dismantled and damaged HT/LT bushing rods of transformers with insulation material into new LT bushing rods (10KVA to 100KVA) and new HT bushing rods (10KVA to 200KVA) with complete accessories. The tender is based on WAPDA specifications amended to date and approved samples from TRW/SHOP GEPCO. The work will be carried out at the Regional Store GEPCO, 132-KV Grid Station Shaheenabad, Gujranwala. Items being procured: - Recycling of dismantled/damaged HT/LT bushing rods of transformers with insulation material - New LT bushing rods (10KVA to 100KVA) - New HT bushing rods (10KVA to 200KVA) with complete accessories The tender follows a single stage one envelope bidding procedure. Registered, unregistered, and pre-qualified firms with a sound track record in supplying such material and any DISCOs/NTDC/WAPDA can participate. No foreign exchange element is allowed and free delivery is required at the specified regional store. Eligibility criteria include being on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR Government of Pakistan. Bid Guarantee of Rs. 460,000/- is required. The bid must remain valid for 120 days from the tender opening date and must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee/CDR valid for 150 days issued by a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Conditional tenders or tenders without Bid Guarantee will not be accepted. Tender documents can be obtained from the E-PADs/PPRA website www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids should be submitted through E-PADs with the original bid guarantee submitted to the office of the undersigned. GEPCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
