The University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-procurement System from interested bidders including manufacturers, exclusive authorized sole distributors of foreign manufacturers, agents, contractors, firms, sole proprietors, and suppliers registered with income tax, Punjab sales tax on services (PRA), General Sales Tax (GST), and Professional Tax registered firms. Items being procured: - Refreshment/Meal for Training Participants at Veterinary Academy (IVPD) on Framework Contract Basis for Financial Year 2026-2027 This procurement is for providing refreshments and meals to training participants at the Veterinary Academy (IVPD) under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027. Bidders must be registered and compliant with all relevant tax authorities and have the capability to supply quality refreshments and meals as per the contract requirements. The bidding will follow a single stage two envelope procedure conducted electronically via the Punjab e-procurement System. The bid security is 2% CDR Rs. 59400/- refundable of the estimated price Rs. 2,970,000/-. Bids must be submitted on or before 17-09-2026 at 11:00 a.m. and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. through the Punjab E-Procurement System. UVAS will not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with bid preparation.
