Refurbishment and Upgradation of Chrome Plating Plant Lab (16 items) at Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Refurbishment and Upgradation of Chrome Plating Plant Lab consisting of 16 items as per Annexure 'A'. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration/pre-qualification/indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt/Semi Govt organizations if any, attested copies of registration certificates from Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates, audit reports for last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for last one year, attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade link evidence between firm and OEM (if distributor/agent), judicial paper worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming firm is not blacklisted or suspended, documentary evidence of contracts executed in last 3 financial years with Govt/Semi Govt organizations, and a postal order of Rs 2000/- enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
