Tender Description
The SFMKB Institute of Cardiology in Dera Ghazi Khan is inviting electronic bids from eligible and qualified firms, contractors, suppliers, and service providers through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PS) for the Financial Year 2026-2027. This procurement covers a diverse range of items and services essential for the institute's operations and maintenance.
Items being procured:
- Registration of Vendors for Local Purchase Quotations (LPQ) of Medicines, Surgical Disposables, and other items
- Annual Contract for Operation, Repair & Maintenance of Patient Bed Lifts including all Spares, Parts & Consumables
- Bulk Purchase of Books for the Library of SFMKB Institute of Cardiology
- Annual Contract for Repair, Maintenance & Services of CCTV Cameras, UPS & Networking including all Spares & Parts
- Procurement of General Store, Other Store Items, Printing Material, Stationery, OT Items, X-Ray/MRI Films, CSSD, Laundry, BME Accessories, Maintenance & Repair, Bedding & Clothing Items
- Procurement of Bulk Purchase of Surgical Disposables related to Cardiac Surgery, Angio Cardiology & Allied Items
The technical scope includes supply and maintenance of medical and surgical consumables, repair and upkeep of patient bed lifts, library books procurement, CCTV and UPS maintenance, and a wide range of general store and surgical disposable items. The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure as per Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 (as amended). Technical proposals will be evaluated first, followed by financial proposals of technically responsive bidders.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL, and meet the required PEC categories where applicable. Bidders should have relevant experience in supplying medical and surgical items or providing maintenance services as specified. Earnest Money or Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Key dates include a Pre-Bid Meeting on 2026-08-07 at 11:00 AM, with the last date for online bid submission on 2026-08-15 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bids received after the deadline will not be entertained.
