Rehabilitation of 3KM Link Road from Begu Kaka to Agro Rahu Taluka Saeedabad, District Matiari

The Rural Development Department Government of Sindh invites bids for the rehabilitation of a 3KM link road from Begu Kaka to Agro Rahu in Taluka Saeedabad, District Matiari. Items being procured: - Earth work for road embankment by bulldozers including ploughing, mixing, clod breaking, dressing and compacting - Sub-base course with stone metal 1" to 1-1/2" gauge - Brick on end edging with 9"x4.5"x3" first class burnt bricks - Base course with stone metal properly graded to 1-1/2" size - Single surface treatment with bitumen and crush bajri - 2" thick asphalt concrete laying with plant mixed asphalt - Thermo plastic paint for pavement marking lines 6" width - Earth work embankment for berms - Construction of 3-ft span culverts including excavation, cement concrete, brick work, shuttering, reinforcement fabrication, RCC work, and cement plaster The technical scope covers all civil works required for road rehabilitation including earthworks, base and surface courses, asphalt paving, and culvert construction. The project will be completed within 600 days from the commencement date. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C5 with specialization codes CE-01 & CE-10, hold valid NTN and SRB registrations with active tax payer status, and have a minimum of five years experience in similar works. Bid security of 5% of the bid price is required in the form of pay order or call deposit. Bidders must submit bids through the EPADS e-procurement system and provide original bid security and tender fee instruments at least half an hour before the technical bid opening. The bid submission deadline is 23rd October 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer Rural Development Department Hyderabad, located at Old Wahdat Colony near Agriculture Complex, Hyderabad.
