Rehabilitation of Canals, i.e. UCH & Manjhot Canal of District Sohbatpur (Package-1)

The Project Director Improvement and Rehabilitation of Hairdin Drainage System Naseerabad invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of rehabilitation works of canals for the year 2026 based on Composite schedule rates 2023 on Percentage Rates. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of Canals, i.e. UCH & Manjhot Canals of District Sohbatpur (Package-1) The project involves rehabilitation of canals in Sohbatpur district with a focus on improving water flow and infrastructure. Bidders must have completed at least 7 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least 600 million PKR in the last 3 years, demonstrating financial capacity. At least 1 Head Regulator project completed in the last 10 years is required. The project demands 80% similarity in work and a minimum cost of 10 million PKR per project. Joint ventures are allowed with agreement. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid security of 2% of the bid amount must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) website at www.bppra.gob.pk. The last date for bid submission is 13 October 2026 at 11:00 AM through the supplier dashboard.
