Rehabilitation and Concrete Lining of Shahpur Distributary

Shahpur Division LJC, Sargodha, Irrigation Department invites tenders from eligible engineering firms and contractors for rehabilitation and concrete lining works of Shahpur Distributary. The procurement will be conducted on an item-rate basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the applicable Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014. The work is intended for execution within the jurisdiction of Shahpur Division LJC, Sargodha. Mandatory work item and lot: Sr. No. 1 — Rehabilitation / Concrete Lining of Shahpur Disty; estimate sanctioned under CE (I) S&GSD No. 5142/ WI/99/2001 dated 31.07.2026; estimated cost **Rs. 313,608,789/-**; earnest money **Rs. 15,680,439/-**; completion period 24 months; PEC category C-3 and above. The scope covers rehabilitation and concrete lining of the distributary in accordance with the approved design, drawings, specifications, bill of quantities and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Bidders must quote rates against every entry or item in the NIT / BOQ instead of quoting a single percentage and must complete the financial BOQ in line with PPRA requirements. The successful contractor will be required to mobilize within seven days of the acceptance letter, submit a time-bound execution schedule within seven days, execute the agreement within seven days of acceptance, and provide a performance guarantee equal to **10%** of the bid amount. Only firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in specialization code C-3 or above, and registered with PPRA, may participate. Valid PEC registration for 2026-27, government receipts for professional tax, CNIC, enlistment or renewal fees, and Punjab Revenue Authority registration for 2026-27 must accompany the bid. Earnest money shall be deposited digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Online Payment System linked with BOP. Manual bids or manual bid security will not be accepted. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded online by **20 August 2026 at 2:00 PM**. Bids will be opened the same day at **2:30 PM** in the Committee Room, Office of the Chief Engineer, Irrigation Sargodha Zone, Sargodha. Review the online BOQ carefully and verify the digital payment status before final submission.
