Distribution and Construction of Drinking Water Supply Schemes in Gumbat and Surrounding Areas

The PHE Department Kohat Division invites electronic bids through E-PADS from eligible firms and contractors in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 using a single stage single envelope procedure for important water supply works in Kohat. The bidder must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and field of specialization, enlisted with Provincial Works Departments, and hold a valid certificate of enlistment. Adequate financial soundness, relevant experience, personal capabilities, and required equipment are mandatory as detailed in the ITB. The relevant PEC registration code CE-09 for civil works is compulsory for all bidders. Items being procured: - Distribution of WSS at different places of Gumbat under CSR (OGDCL) with estimated cost Rs. 7,974,800 and bid security Rs. 168,500 - Extension of Drinking Water Supply Scheme Khader Khel Gumbat under CSR (OGDCL) with estimated cost Rs. 9,977,800 and bid security Rs. 208,600 - Construction of Drinking Water Supply Bandi Dhock Bilitang under CSR (MOL) with estimated cost Rs. 21,548,000 and bid security Rs. 471,000 - Construction of Water Supply Scheme Khushal Garh #02 under CSR (MOL) with estimated cost Rs. 6,030,800 and bid security Rs. 129,650 - DWSS Ara Khel Jawaki (under ASDI programme) with estimated cost Rs. 15,146,000 and bid security Rs. 342,950 These projects involve the construction and extension of water supply schemes at multiple locations within Kohat district, focusing on improving drinking water infrastructure under various CSR initiatives. Bidders must submit bid security in original form along with additional security as per KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O. (14)/Vol: 1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated May 10th, 2022, in a sealed envelope before the closing time. The last date and time for submission of bids is 06-10-2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening scheduled the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must ensure all required documents including CNIC, PEC registration certificate, enlistment certificate, and active FBR and KPRA taxpayer certificates are attached and uploaded on E-PADS.
