The Communication and Works Public Health Engineering Department District Usta Muhammad invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the rehabilitation and construction of various bituminous roads in Usta Muhammad for the financial year 2026. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of 1.7KM B/T Road from Bakhirra Phattak till Nursery Water Course Usta M (Rs. 16,931,492) - Rehabilitation of 1.5KM B/T Road at Qaim Abad Badeni (Badal Badeni) (Rs. 14,929,124) - Rehabilitation of 1.8KM B/T Road from Bakhirra to Main Jhatpat Road via Faisal Kot (Rs. 14,891,739) - Rehabilitation of 0.8KM B/T Road Village Mir Tahir Khan Jamali (Rs. 9,960,166) - Rehabilitation of 0.8KM 16FT B/T Road at Sardar Rustam Khan Jamali with Tuff Tile, Cat Eyes, Lining, Solar Lights, Speed Breakers and Sign Boards (Rs. 7,900,658) - Construction of 0.6KM B/T Road Malaz Khanani Abad Village (Rs. 7,900,658) - Construction of 1KM B/T Road at Ahmed Abad Pandrani (Ismail Shwani) (Rs. 7,900,658) - Construction of 1KM B/T Road at Village Niaz Ahmed Pandrani Usta Muhammad (Rs. 7,900,658) - Construction of 0.9KM B/T Road at Village Alimdad Rehman Bugti (Rs. 12,998,514) - Construction of Nishan Road 16 Feet 0.7KM B/T Road with Tuff Tile and Cat Eyes & Lining (Rs. 7,900,658) - Construction of 0.8KM B/T Road at Village Rasool Leghari (Rs. 7,900,658) - Construction of 0.8KM B/T Road at Village Shahab Uraiza Ahmed Bugti (Rs. 7,900,658) - Construction of 1KM B/T Road at Village Afan Khan with Tuff Tile and Cat Eyes & Lining (Rs. 11,954,322) - Construction of 0.8KM B/T Road at Village Junaid Khan Usta Muhammad (Rs. 1,942,602) - Rehabilitation of 0.7KM B/T Road from Mehrabpur Turn towards Saifullah Shakh (Rs. 9,963,005) All works require compliance with Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, and provide an Earnest Money of 2% of the bid amount in the form of a Bank Guarantee or CDR. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer upon payment of Rs. 1,000. The deadline for submission is 10 September 2026 at 1:00 PM at the office address. Technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate envelopes as per Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
