Construction, Blacktopping, Improvement and Rehabilitation of Roads and RCC Bridges in District Khyber (2026-27)

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Highway Division District Khyber at Jamrud, invites eligible firms and contractors to participate in the e-bidding process for a series of major road construction, blacktopping, improvement, and bridge works across District Khyber for the financial year 2026-27. This opportunity is open to PEC-registered contractors with the required category and valid enlistment with C&W, FBR (Active Status), and KPRA. The works are divided into several packages and lots, each with specific requirements and bid securities. Items being procured: - Construction & Blacktopping of Road from N-55 (FATA University) to N-5 Main Torkham Road via Dwa Jangi, Dora, Fort Sloop, Shinkoo, Chora (43-KM), Packages I-VI (including Bridge), C-2 & above, Bid Security: Rs. 12.443M–15.23M - Construction & BT of new road from Sarkai to Shin Kamar via Chargai Dagari Kamar Khel Adda Bara (12 KM), Packages I-III (including Bridge), C-2 & above, Bid Security: Rs. 7.860M–11.928M - Improvement, Widening & Construction of Road from Tendel Baghora to Wally Masjid via Tangi, Sra Gharai Chora, Kachkol Kally Tehsil Bara (35-KM), Packages I-IV (including Bridge), C-3 & above, Bid Security: Rs. 7.467M–9.861M - Construction of 03 Nos RCC Bridge & Link Roads, Packages I-IV (all Bridges), C-3 & above, Bid Security: Rs. 5.418M–8.140M - Construction / Black Topping of Road from Alhaj Shell Pump to Tirah Main Road and Link Roads (10.5-KM), Package I, C-3 & above, Bid Security: Rs. 7.964M - Improvement, Widening & Rehabilitation of Existing Roads & Bridges in Merged Areas, ADP No. 1702/210622 (2025-26), Packages I-III (all Bridges), C-3 & above, Bid Security: Rs. 3.72M–5.51M Each package specifies the required PEC category, bid security, and tender fee. The technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system by 14-09-2026 at 12:00 PM. Bidders must submit original CDRs, bid entry fees, and all required documents as per KPPRA and C&W rules. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 09-09-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer Highway Division District Khyber at Jamrud. All bidders must ensure their FBR and KPRA registrations are active and up to date. Only digits after the decimal point will be considered for evaluation in the BOQ/Engineer's Estimate. The financial bid will be opened after technical evaluation approval. Bids are valid for 90 days. For best results, bidders should prepare all CDRs and technical documents well in advance and upload them to the EPADS portal before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues.
