Tender Description
Municipal Committee Hafizabad invites E-bids from eligible, well reputed, and financially sound firms, contractors, and companies enlisted with relevant departments and registered on Punjab E-Procurement system for the procurement of the rehabilitation and construction of Saghar road from Kharal Travel to Abbas Pura Hafizabad for the financial year 2026-27.
Items being procured:
- Rehabilitation / Construction of Saghar road from Kharal Travel to Abbas Pura Hafizabad
The project involves road rehabilitation and construction works under the OSR of Municipal Committee Hafizabad. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-5 or above and have relevant tax registrations including Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA, and Professional Tax where applicable. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure through Punjab E-Procurement system.
Earnest money is set at 5% of the estimated cost. Bidders must submit fresh affidavits confirming no blacklisting or litigation under PPRA rules. The successful bidder will be required to submit a performance guarantee as per PPRA rules, which will be returned after successful completion of the project. The bid security must be deposited online before uploading the bid on the Punjab E-Procurement portal.
The technical bid will be opened on 05-11-2026 at 11:30 AM, with submission deadline at 11:00 AM the same day. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. Tendered rates must be filled in figures and words, and incomplete or ambiguous bids will be rejected. The tender validity is 120 days.
