Supply and Contract Works under AGE (Army) Bahawalnagar

Applications are invited by the Military Engineer Services for pre-qualification of contractors/firms under AGE (Army) Bahawalnagar. The tender submission deadline is **06 Nov 2026** by 1130 hours, with opening at 1200 hours and closing at 1230 hours on the same day. Items being procured: - Proven of Bazar Supply Material Items E&M – AGE (A) Bwn Cantt (Rs. 1,500,000/-) - Proven of Bazar Supply Material B&R Items for AGE (A) Bwn (Rs. 1,000,000/-) - TC B&R Terms contract for Artificer works including Minor / Maint / Deposit work for FAD Chishtian and Bwn (Rs. 1,500,000/-) - DC for Periodical Svcs as detail in table 'F' MES Regs and Mud Plastering etc for Bwn Cantt & FAD Chishtian (Rs. 1,000,000/-) The scope includes supply of electrical and mechanical materials, building and road items, and maintenance and deposit works for facilities at Bahawalnagar Cantt and Chishtian. Contractors must be on the approved MES list or other government departments with relevant experience. Valid Registration Certificates from Pakistan Engineering Council, GST Registration, NTN Certificate, and Bank Statement are mandatory. Contractors not on the approved list must provide proof of financial standing, staff details, tools and plants, and work experience attested by a Class-1 Gazetted Officer. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of DSC or CDR pledged to AGE (Army) Bahawalnagar is required for non-approved contractors. This amount is refundable if the contract is not secured. The tender process is competitive and the Accepting Officer reserves the right to reject any bid without justification.
