Rehabilitation and Uplifting of Dargah Qalandar Lal Shahbaz and Construction of Dargah Hazrat Abdul Rehman (Meerani Meer) at Sehwan Sharif and New Saeedabad

The Provincial Buildings Division, Hyderabad, invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for major civil works in Sehwan Sharif and New Saeedabad. This notice is of particular interest to PEC-registered contractors with experience in large-scale rehabilitation and construction projects. The works are divided into two main packages: Items being procured: - Rehabilitation and Uplifting of Dargah Qalandar Lal Shahbaz Additional Facilities (Main Dargah, Lal Bagh & Civic Centre at Sehwan Sharif) (Estimated Cost: Rs. 450 Million, Completion: 24 Months) - Construction of Dargah Hazrat Abdul Rehman (Meerani Meer), Taluka New Saeedabad (Remaining Work) (Estimated Cost: Rs. 64.50 Million, Completion: 24 Months) Both projects require comprehensive civil works, including structural rehabilitation, facility upgrades, and new construction as per detailed specifications. The scope covers all associated civil, electrical, and finishing works as per SPPRA and PEC standards. Bidders must have a valid PEC registration for the year 2026-27 in the relevant category, with demonstrated experience in similar projects of at least 80% of the estimated cost for one project or 50% for two projects completed in the last five years. Financial soundness, technical staff credentials, and compliance with SPPRA rules are mandatory. Earnest Money of 5% of the bid price is required, along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000/-. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 17-08-2026. The technical and financial proposals must be prepared as per the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The bid opening will take place at 11:00 AM on the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer, Provincial Buildings Division Hyderabad.
