Rehabilitation and Improvement of Metalled Road from Mian Pakhi to Chak No. 198/EB, District Vehari

The Punjab Highways Department invites tenders for the rehabilitation and improvement of the metalled road from Mian Pakhi to Chak No. 198/EB, with a road length of 4.20 KM in District Vehari. Surfacing works such as TST/DST will be executed by mechanized systems. Contractors must submit claims electronically and all measurement will be processed through a Digital Measurement Book. Eligibility criteria require contractors/firms to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/codes with a valid renewed PEC license for the financial year 2026-27. Contractors must also be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally via the Punjab e-Procurement System linked with BOP. Physical bid securities such as CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft will not be accepted. Performance security at 10% of the contract amount is also required digitally. Bidders are required to quote item rates and total amounts accurately. Any mathematical discrepancies will be resolved in favor of the quoted item rates. Bids will be opened on 07-10-2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the Commissioner Multan Division, Multan, where bidders may attend. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA rules.
