Tender Description
The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites tenders for multiple road rehabilitation and construction schemes in NA-121 Lahore under a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure (PPRA-38(2)(a)). The works include rehabilitation and improvement of roads and streets through provision of asphalt, PCC, and drainage in various areas including Ghaazi Abad, Qalandar Pura, Amir Town, Rasheed Pura, and adjoining Abadies. Additionally, construction of PCC drains, nallahs, soiling, and tuff tiles is required in UC Mirza Virkan Tehsil & District Sheikhupura and UC Hafizabad Road to Dera Bahadur Khan Jhabran South Tehsil & District Sheikhupura.

- Construction of PCC Drain, Nallah, Soiling & Tuff Tiles in UC Hafizabad Road to Dera Bahadur Khan Jhabran South Tehsil & District Sheikhupura (Estimated cost Rs. 29,436,351.00)
The contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category C-5 & Above and have a valid PEC license. They must also be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) and submit bids through the online portal. The bid security is valid for 6 to 9 months depending on the scheme. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted digitally as per PPRA rules. The tender opening will be held on 11-09-2026 at 10:30 am.
