Supply and Installation of LED Solar Street Lights at Multiple Locations in Sialkot by Horticulture Agency

Horticulture Agency Sialkot invites sealed bids from well-experienced and reputable firms/companies/contractors having relevant experience in installation, operation, maintenance and display of Digital Streamers/SMDS, subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria and Terms & Conditions contained in the Bidding Documents. The procurement is for supply and installation of LED solar street lights at multiple locations in Sialkot city. Items being procured: - Paris Road: 50 LED solar lights (6' x 3') with bid security Rs. 324,000 and reserve price Rs. 3,240,000 - Shahabpura Flyover: 31 LED solar lights (6' x 3') with bid security Rs. 200,880 and reserve price Rs. 2,008,000 - Jinnah Flyover: 65 LED solar lights (6' x 3') with bid security Rs. 356,400 and reserve price Rs. 3,564,000 - Sial Flyover (Sublime Chowk): 65 LED solar lights (6' x 3') with bid security Rs. 427,680 and reserve price Rs. 4,276,800 - Muzaffarpur Flyover: 76 LED solar lights (6' x 3') with bid security Rs. 492,480 and reserve price Rs. 4,924,800 - Pul Aik Hajipura, Daska Road (Walking Bridge): 10 LED solar lights (6' x 3') with bid security Rs. 150,000 and reserve price Rs. 1,500,000 The technical scope includes supply, installation, operation, and maintenance of LED solar street lights at the specified locations. The contract duration is for 05 years with 10% increase in annual tenancy each year. All installation, operation, maintenance, electricity arrangements, repair, and allied expenses shall be borne by the successful bidder. Eligibility requires bidders to be technically qualified for opening of their Financial Bids. The minimum qualifying score for Technical Evaluation is 75 marks out of 100. Financial Bids of only technically qualified bidders scoring minimum 75 marks will be opened. Bidders must deposit 10% of the estimated reserve price as bid security in the form of CDR in favor of Managing Director, Horticulture Agency, Sialkot by 10:00 AM on 10-09-2026. Sealed bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 10-09-2026 at the Head Office, Horticulture Agency, Sialkot. The competent authority reserves the right to amend, accept or reject any or all tenders at any stage without assigning any reason.
