Rehabilitation and Improvement of Roads in Sahiwal City

The Punjab Highways Department invites tenders from engineering firms and contractors for multiple road rehabilitation and improvement projects in Sahiwal City. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and hold a valid PEC license for the financial year 2026-27. Registration on the Punjab PPRA website is mandatory. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted through digital online payment via the Punjab E-Procurement System. Additionally, the lowest evaluated bidder will be required to submit a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of the offer letter. Bids will be opened on 21-10-2026 at 13:30 hours at the office of the Commissioner Sahiwal Division.
