Rehabilitation and Improvement of Roads in Sargodha District

The Punjab Highways Department invites bids from qualified Engineering Firms and Contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement is for the rehabilitation, improvement, and widening of key roads in the Sargodha district. The tender includes three specific road projects: - Rehabilitation / Improvement of Road from Samoodha Khushab Road at Shahpur Sadar to Shahpur Lak More Road, length 1.30 KM - Rehabilitation of Dualized Road from Lahore Road at Bhalotanwla Pieromore to Kanda More, length 1.20 KM - Construction / Improvement / Widening / Rehabilitation of Road from near Farooqa Main Road to Sial Dholka at Chawanyala Badihan Farooq Road, length 2.10 KM These works require the use of concrete batching plants and concrete paving machines, with TST/DST surfacing executed by mechanized systems. Price variation is admissible under the Sugar Cess Development Schemes. Recovery against credit of old material will be adjusted manually. Contractors must submit a 5% bid security digitally via the PPRA E-Pay system and a 10% performance guarantee within 15 days of award. The work completion deadline is 31-12-2026. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration in the relevant category and registration on the Punjab PPRA website. Firms must be FBR/ATL registered and experienced in similar road infrastructure projects. Bids will be opened on 19-08-2026 at 13:00 hours at the office of the Commissioner Sargodha Division.
