Rehabilitation and Improvement of Shamsi Underpass and Dastgir Road Gujranwala

Municipal Corporation Gujranwala invites e-bids from Contractors/Firms registered with the registration system available on the e-Procurement System and registered with FBR, PRA (NTN and PTN) and PPRA and Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category. All e-bids must be submitted through e-Procurement System for the procurement of following Development Schemes of year 2026-27 in Gujranwala. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation/Re-Carpeting/Improvement of Shamsi Underpass to RPO House (3000 Rft) with estimated cost Rs. 23.00 Million and bid security Rs. 1.150 Million - Rehabilitation/Re-Carpeting/Improvement of Dastgir Road (1.60 Km) with estimated cost Rs. 40.10 Million and bid security Rs. 2.005 Million The technical scope includes rehabilitation, re-carpeting, and improvement works on the specified roads and underpass. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and have valid FBR/ATL registration. Earnest money (bid security) of 5% of the estimated price is mandatory and must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement System. No physical bid security instruments will be accepted. Bids must be submitted online at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 10-11-2026 at 11:00 AM. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:30 AM. Contractors or their representatives may attend the office of Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Gujranwala on the bid opening date. The bidding procedure follows PPRA Rules 2014 under Single Stage Single Envelope (SSSE). Performance Security/Guarantee @10% of the contract amount must be submitted within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee only.
