Tender Description
The Punjab Highways Department invites tenders from engineering firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories for the rehabilitation of the metalled road Eid Gah Road from Faisal Chowk Qaboola to By Pass Qaboola in Tehsil Arifwala District Pakpattan. The project involves the rehabilitation of this road section under the PPRA E-Tendering System.

Contractors must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website and have renewed PEC licenses for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must submit a Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost through the Punjab E-Procurement System via online payment. Performance Security/Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount is mandatory for all successful bidders. The lowest evaluated bidder shall submit a Performance Security Guarantee within 15 days of receipt of the letter in favor of the Executive Engineer Highways Division Pakpattan.
The completion period for the work is 3 months. Bidders must quote rates against each item as well as total amounts in financial proposals. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any bids or proposals prior to acceptance. Recovery against credit of old material will be adjusted accordingly.
The tender opening date and time is 04-11-2026 at 12:30 hours (12:30 PM) at the Commissioner Sahiwal Division, Sahiwal. Bidders are advised to download the tender documents from the PPRA website and submit their bids electronically through the portal. Successful bidders will be announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee.
