Tender Description
Tehsil Municipal Administration Takht-e-Nasrati, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and bidders in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 on Single Stage Double Envelope procedure for the following works under the Innovative & Sustainable Development Scheme for UC Takht-e-Nasrati, Mainki & Shah Saleem District Karak.
Items being procured:
- Community Centers at Aqal Khan Koroona New Abadi Shobli Banda and Takht-e-Nasrati
- Installation of Pressure Pumps, Solarization of Household / Pressure Pumps at UC Takht-e-Nasrati
The works involve construction and installation activities as per the work order. Bidders must be registered contractors with PEC category C-5 & Above for the first scheme and C-6 & Above for the second, with financial capacities of 40.00 Million and 20.00 Million respectively. Earnest money of Rs. 800,000 and Rs. 400,000 is required for the respective schemes.
Tender documents including BOQ can be downloaded from the official E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal system (EPADS) portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted via the same portal as scanned copies by the deadline of 02 November 2026 at 12:00 PM. Original bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and FINANCIAL PROPOSAL to the office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Takht-e-Nasrati.
Technical bids will be opened on 02 November 2026 at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders. Bidders without valid call deposits will be disqualified. The tender will be processed on an above/below system based on market rates. Contractors involved in solar street light projects must have specified solar codes and be registered with the Inspectorate of Electricity Energy & Power Department KP in Class E License and FBR Sale Tax.
Bid security and additional securities apply for bids quoting below engineer estimates. The successful contractors will pay stamp duty and applicable taxes. All terms and conditions are as per KPPRA rules. Work orders will be issued subject to availability of funds.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security and call deposit are valid and submitted as per instructions to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully prepare detailed rate analysis if bidding below 20% of the engineer estimate to prevent your bid from being considered non-responsive.
